Hashing Plans: The Impactful Fine Print
- How far in advance do I need to reserve my wedding date?
Even if your wedding is still two years away, it is not too soon to book. We accept reservations up to three months out, but waiting too long will limit your choice of dates.
- How soon do I need to finalize my guest list?
To best prepare for your wedding, we ask for the minimum guaranteed guest count two weeks prior and your final guest count one week before your wedding date.
- What deposit is required to reserve Radnor Hunt?
At the time that you sign your contract, we require payment of the $2,250.00 rental fee and 6% sales tax. If applicable, the $400 ceremony fee is also due at this time. Please note that if you are not a member of the Hunt, then we will also request a letter from a member sponsoring you at this time. Two months prior to your wedding, 50% of your remaining estimated bill is due. And two weeks out, 100% is due.
- Do you offer any discounts?
Be sure to ask our team for any deals that may apply to your rental.
- How late can the bars remain open?
Alcoholic beverages will be removed from the bar one half hour prior to the conclusion of your wedding.
